Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via telehealth platform
- Make critical clinical decisions for patient disposition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records

- Handle high-volume call centers during peak hours
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN license (required)
- 3+ years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Proficient in telehealth technology
- Strong communication abilities
- Flexibility with day/evening/weekend shifts
- BSN or higher preferred
