Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain accurate patient documentation via our secure remote portal
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Support patient independence through therapeutic activities
Qualifications
- Current Nebraska CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and remotely for documentation tasks
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and variable shifts
