Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of adaptive equipment
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Document resident observations and care activities in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment
Qualifications
- Active NM State CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
