Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, dietary intake, and patient conditions
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipment
- Support healthcare professionals with treatment procedures and medication administration
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Facilitate meaningful social engagement and recreational activities
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Passionate geriatric care experience preferred
- Clear background check and TB test results
