Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident health status
- Provide mobility support and transfer assistance safely
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare team to create individualized care plans
- Maintain clean and sanitized resident living areas
- Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or hospital experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols
