Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patients' activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with patient transportation and meal service while ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Support emotional well-being through compassionate patient interaction and companionship
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Pass background check and drug screening
