Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) to residents
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor and document vital signs, food intake, and behavioral changes
- Administer medications and treatments under RN supervision
- Facilitate social activities and promote resident independence
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Collaborate with healthcare team for resident-centered care plans
Qualifications
- Active NM Nursing Assistant Certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year CNA experience in senior care preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
