Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfer activities using proper techniques
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Administer medications under supervision as per protocol
- Support residents with nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and care records
- Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active North CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in geriatric care
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
