Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely using proper techniques.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physicians promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Administer medications as directed by licensed nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license valid in the State of Colorado.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Physical stamina to perform duties requiring standing, walking, and lifting.
- Previous experience in long-term care or hospital settings is a plus.
