Responsibilities

  • Monitor patient health status by observing, symptom, warning, and reporting changes.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Record vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
  • Provide basic patient care techniques, such as changing bed linens and assisting with feeding.
