Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily assistance to patients with bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support nurses with clinical tasks and maintain clean patient environments
- Facilitate patient engagement in therapeutic activities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
