Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patient hygiene, mobility, and activities of daily living
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care observations
- Assist with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation protocols
- Collaborate with RNs and therapists on care plans
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments
- Support emotional well-being through patient interaction
Qualifications
- Nebraska CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or rehab experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Passionate geriatric care background preferred
