Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care delivery
- Support patient nutrition, hydration, and medication administration protocols
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams for holistic treatment plans
- Maintain a safe, clean environment following OSHA and HIPAA standards
- Advocate for patient needs and comfort during procedures
- Participate in shift reports and care conferences
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in electronic health record documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
