About the Role: Provide compassionate care to residents while collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team. We prioritize work-life balance and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs, health conditions, and resident preferences
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
- Assist with medication administration under nurse supervision
- Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Ohio
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
