Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent clinical experience
