Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health observations
- Administer medications under nurse supervision
- Coordinate with healthcare team for comprehensive care plans
- Create engaging social activities to enhance resident wellbeing
- Maintain accurate medical records and care documentation
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year senior care experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate demeanor with patience for elderly care
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
