Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care services including bathing, dressing, and grooming for elderly residents
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities while maintaining dignity
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to healthcare standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
- Support a clean, safe, and infection-free environment
Qualifications
- Current Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or assisted living
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
