Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Support patients with emotional and social needs in a home-like setting
- Maintain clean, safe environments following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams for coordinated care
- Complete accurate documentation in electronic health records
Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach with a patient-first mindset
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
