Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including crowns, veneers, and implants
- Manage sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
- Take accurate dental X-rays and impressions
- Administer patient education on oral hygiene
- Manage digital charting and practice management software
- Coordinate treatment plans and patient scheduling
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or RDA license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in cosmetic dentistry
- Proficiency with digital imaging (X-rays, intraoral cameras)
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- Experience with Eaglesoft/Dentrix software preferred
