Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and dental operatory for procedures with precision
- Assist dentists during complex treatments and routine exams
- Perform sterilization and infection control protocols
- Take accurate dental X-rays and impressions
- Manage patient scheduling and digital records
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Deliver post-op instructions with exceptional clarity
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency in digital radiography and Eaglesoft software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- New Mexico dental radiography permit
