Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during general dentistry and specialty procedures
- Manage patient intake, digital records, and insurance documentation
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA-compliant operatory setups
- Capture diagnostic X-rays and assist with chairside digital imaging
- Coordinate treatment plans and post-procedure care instructions
- Inventory management for dental supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Dental Assisting Diploma or Certificate from accredited program
- Current Indiana Dental Assistant Radiology certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Excellent communication and chairside manner skills
