Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulationPrepare and serve nutritious meals while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Light housekeeping tasks and laundry services
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain accurate care plans and progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current California HHA certification or CNA license
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and TB screening
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Physical ability to perform lifting and transfer tasks

- Reliable transportation for client visits
