Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and on schedule
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain safe environment
- Document care activities and client progress thoroughly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as Home Health Aide or caregiver
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required
- Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and TB screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly/disabled
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
