Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and medication reminders
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Implement individualized care plans with precision and empathy
- Maintain accurate client records and report changes to supervisors
- Foster companionship and emotional support for isolated seniors
Qualifications
- Washington State HHA certification or equivalent nursing assistant credentials
- Minimum 1 year professional home care experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
