Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across diverse patient demographics
- Process, label, and transport specimens according to CLIA and OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems with strict HIPAA compliance
- Prepare phlebotomy trays and equipment while ensuring sterile technique
- Provide patient education and emotional support during blood collection procedures

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASPT, NCCT, or equivalent)
