Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and specimen collection with precision
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transport of lab specimens
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
