Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in assigned clinical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state nursing regulations
- Assist in orientation and training of new staff when required
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
