Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed nurse practitioners.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans according to medical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient histories, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and home care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon or a compact state.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical facility setting.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different clinical settings.
