Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status changes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of patient care and medical records.
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment while adhering to hospital safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
