Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Telemetry units
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
  • Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic data
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare facility policies

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in good standing with Arizona State Board of Nursing
