Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Telemetry units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic data
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare facility policies
- Participate in emergency response situations and rapid assessment protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing with Arizona State Board of Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in specialty area (ICU, ER, Telemetry, etc.)
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional specialty certifications preferred
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and technologies
- Strong critical thinking skills and excellent communication abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening per facility requirements
