Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings (ICU, ER, Telemetry)
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Adhere to facility policies and JCAHO standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- 2+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN)
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts/nights/weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Background check and drug screen clearance
