Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and medical history to determine urgency and appropriate care pathways
- Provide telehealth and in-person triage services for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate timely interventions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients on self-care and preventive health measures
- Manage high-pressure situations with empathy and clinical precision
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California with minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Expertise in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong communication abilities in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends
