Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (quantum/AI/sustainability preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends and regulatory frameworks
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Project Management Professional (PMP)
