Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits with 1000+ qubit fidelity
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with physics teams to advance qubit stability

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or implementation
- Proficiency in QASM, Qiskit, and Cirq frameworks
- Published work in quantum algorithm optimization
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mechanisms
- Strong background in linear algebra and tensor networks
