Job Description
At Nexus Horizon, we are not just predicting the future; we are building it. We are looking for a visionary Future of Tech Lead Architect to spearhead the development of the autonomous systems and neural architectures that will define the technological landscape of 2026.
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production systems. You will be responsible for designing the infrastructure that powers next-generation autonomous agents, integrating quantum-ready algorithms, and ensuring our platforms remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
If you are passionate about the trajectory of technology and want to lead the charge into the 2026 era, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, edge-computing AI solutions designed to meet the latency and bandwidth demands of 2026.
- Lead R&D initiatives into Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance predictive capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into existing legacy infrastructures.
- Define and implement best practices for data governance and security in a decentralized web environment.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model performance to achieve sub-millisecond inference times on cloud-native platforms.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems architecture, machine learning, or software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with deep knowledge of ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models that outperform industry benchmarks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
