Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, resilient AI infrastructures capable of handling next-generation data loads and edge computing paradigms.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., AGI primitives, Neuromorphic computing) and integrating them into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate high-level business goals into technical execution plans.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior staff and fostering a deep understanding of ethical AI and responsible innovation.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) development for cutting-edge algorithms, ensuring they transition smoothly into production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role focusing on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing interfaces or large language model optimization is highly preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and proactively adapt architectural strategies to meet future demands.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
