Qualifications

- Advanced certification in AI/ML ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Proven track record scaling distributed systems beyond 10M concurrent users
- Deep knowledge of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and emerging autonomous system standards
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth) deployment
