Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems with 5+ in quantum or neural tech
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future computing
- Certification in quantum cryptography (QCEng or equivalent)
- Proven track record of architecting high-throughput systems
- Experience with neural interface hardware integration
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulations
- PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
