Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures leveraging AI and quantum computing principles.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and autonomous agents.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Create long-term technical strategies that align with our 2026 vision and ensure feasibility and scalability.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate futuristic concepts into deployable products.

Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Computational Theory.
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leading high-impact technical teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and distributed systems; hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
