Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI models for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Optimize neural network performance and reduce inference latency for edge devices.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethical AI, and model explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on quantum computing integration and next-gen LLMs.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML systems to production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
