Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and articulate the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and the evolving technological landscape of 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable systems capable of handling high-throughput AI workloads and data migration.
- AI & GenAI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools into our core product suite.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Evaluate and prepare current cloud infrastructures for future quantum computing paradigms.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on cloud-native systems and AI integration.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- AI Expertise: Hands-on experience deploying and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) and experience with vector databases.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
