Responsibilities

- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, and UX researchers to build scalable, high-impact systems.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging tech trends to identify viable use cases and competitive advantages.
- Oversee the architecture of our cloud-native infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategy.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy regulations, and future-proofing infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
