Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with quantum/AI/Blockchain specialization
- Published research in quantum-resistant cryptography or human-AI interaction
- Proven experience leading $10M+ tech transformation initiatives
- Expertise in distributed ledger consensus mechanisms (DAG, DAG-based L1s)
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on 2026 tech trends
