Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision and long-term strategic roadmap.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Emerging Technologies such as Generative AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into core product lines.
- Assess and evaluate emerging tech stacks to ensure competitive advantage.
- Develop proof-of-concepts for Quantum Computing applications and next-gen security protocols.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers on best practices for future-proof development.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Architecture, System Design, and Strategic Planning.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Microservices.
- Proven track record of leading Digital Transformation projects.
- Experience with Quantum Cryptography or AI Ethics is a major plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate future industry trends.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
