Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and lead the technical strategy for our upcoming product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Edge Computing integration.
- System Optimization: Enhance model inference speeds by 40% and reduce operational costs through advanced cloud architecture and efficient coding practices.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Algorithms, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrating viable solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical capabilities into user-centric products.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with global AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to prototype and deploy experimental technologies to production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
