Job Description
Shape the Future of Technology
Are you ready to architect the systems that will define the digital landscape in 2026 and beyond? Nexus Innovations is seeking a visionary Future Tech Architect to lead our advanced AI and Machine Learning initiatives. In this role, you won't just build software; you will engineer the intelligent infrastructure of tomorrow.
We are looking for a pioneer who thrives on ambiguity and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics. If you are ready to leave a lasting legacy in the tech industry, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models and neural networks capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead the research and implementation of emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Autonomous Agents) to ensure Nexus remains at the forefront of the 2026 tech roadmap.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI deployment, ensuring high availability, low latency, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for data privacy, algorithmic bias, and responsible AI usage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Expert Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade AI models.
- Experience with LLMs: Strong background in fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and integrating Large Language Models into enterprise applications.
- System Design: Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architecture (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable technical solutions.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
