In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable enterprise architecture. You will lead a team of elite engineers to build systems that are not just functional today, but resilient and adaptive for the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the high-level technical strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance for future workloads.
- Build Autonomous Systems: Lead the development of self-healing, autonomous software agents capable of managing complex, distributed environments.
- Integrate Multimodal AI: Oversee the fusion of text, vision, and auditory processing into a unified, seamless user experience.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines to prevent bias and ensure responsible deployment of generative models.
- Optimize Hardware-Software Synergy: Collaborate with hardware teams to design ASICs and FPGAs specifically optimized for Transformer models and neural network inference.
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Develop cloud-native architectures that can seamlessly integrate quantum computing protocols as they become commercially viable.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Deep Learning Expertise: Proven mastery of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Architecture: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Trend Analysis: Ability to identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing) and prototype solutions.
- Coding Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Python, Rust, or C++.
