Responsibilities
- Lead strategic research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) for 2026+ implementation
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Partner with product teams to integrate breakthrough innovations into core offerings
- Present technology insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of industry experts and academic partnerships
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive technology opportunities
- Drive cross-functional innovation workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced materials science
- Experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation
