Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a comprehensive AI Ethics & Governance framework for 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct rigorous algorithmic impact assessments to identify and mitigate bias in our models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Product) to integrate compliance into the development lifecycle.
- Advocate for responsible AI deployment and educate stakeholders on emerging regulatory landscapes.
- Monitor global policy shifts (EU AI Act, US Executive Orders) and adapt internal policies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Law, Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technology policy, compliance, or AI ethics.
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles and the technical capabilities of modern LLMs.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing risk in high-stakes technology environments.
