Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical innovation track record
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives in AI, quantum, or blockchain
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven success securing $5M+ in government/venture funding
- Expertise in ISO 20700 innovation management standards
